Advanced Air & Refrigeration is seeking to add a full-time entry-level Warranty Coordinator to our Fort Myers, FL HVAC office team. This individual orders parts, submits claims, and coordinates installations to ensure that our customers are comfortable in their homes. Are you an organized person with a positive, can-do attitude? As a Warranty Coordinator, you arrive at the office each day ready to ensure that our customers' HVAC systems are working properly. Most of your time is spent ordering parts, submitting claims, and coordinating HVAC installations for our customers. Your computer skills are put to work as you prepare and register warranties including the processing of all financing paperwork. With your strong organizational skills, you schedule installations for our customers and ensure that our field technicians have the parts they need to get the job done. Your positive attitude and professionalism are essential to your success!



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
